Cílem této práce je blíže rozebrat prameny právní úpravy rovného zacházení, jak v mezinárodním, tak vnitrostátním kontextu a zhodnotit současnou českou legislativu v této oblasti. The aim of this thesis is to analyse regulations in the area of equal treatment, in context to international and local czech law and to evaluate current czech regulations in this area.
