Religious Ideology, Expansionism and Social Stratification in Tenochtitlán
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je na pozadí procesů sociální stratifikace v Tenochtitlánu nahlédnout okolnosti vzniku a rozvoje státem propagované náboženské ideologie. A spolu s tím se též pokusit o interpretaci, jak mohla realizace této válečné, nábožensko-politické, vize řádu přispět k expanzi Aztécké říše.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to examine the circumstances of the origin and progress of state-supported religious ideology in context of social stratification in Tenochtitlán, and also to interpret how the religious ideology could contribute to the expansion of the Aztec Empire.
