Analytical performance characteristics for serum enzyme GMT using data from a clinical laboratory.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá obecně biologickými vzorky a bioanalytikou. Dále jsou blíže popsány enzymy, konkrétně enzym gama-glutamyltransferasa (GGT). V praktické části se nachází výpočty validačních parametrů metody pro stanovení GGT v séru. Data pro výpočty validačních parametrů byla naměřena v klinické laboratoři pomocí analytické soupravy firmy Erba Lachema s.r.o.
Abstract:
Bachelor’s thesis is divided to two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is about biological samples and about bio-analytics in general. Enzymes especially gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) is described more in detail. In practical part are calculated validation parameters of method for analyzing enzyme GGT is serum.
