Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Hospodaření a nakládání s majetkem státu dle platné legislativy se zabývá majetkem státu a činnostmi, které s tímto pojmem souvisejí. Začátek práce se zabývá základními pojmy, které souvisejí s tímto tématem. Jsou to pojmy jako vlastnické právo, stát, majetek státu a jeho druhy. Bakalářská práce definuje pojmy, které souvisejí s hospodařením s majetkem státu a snaží se je podrobněji rozvést. Vymezuje příslušnost neboli, kdo je příslušný, s jakým majetkem hospodařit a nakládat s ním. Rozebírá právní předpisy, které upravují tuto problematiku hospodaření a nakládání s majetkem státu, od základních povinností, kterými se příslušná instituce musí řídit, přes finanční hospodaření vykonavatelů vlastnického práva státu jako jsou organizační složky státu, státní instituce, státní podniky a státní fondy. Charakterizuje postupy při nabývání majetku státu a při nakládání s ním. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo seznámit se s určitými pojmy a pochopit, jak se státní vykonavatelé musí chovat při hospodařením s majetkem státu dle právního řádu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled Management of State Property in Accordance with Valid Legislation deals with state property and activities related to this term. The beginning of the thesis focuses on basic terms and concepts related to this topic. These are terms such as ownership, state, state property and its forms. The bachelor thesis defines concepts related to the management of state property and tries to explain it in more detail. It defines jurisdiction, or the competence to manage and deal with the given property. It analyses the legal regulations governing the issue of state property management, the basic duties that the relevant institutions must follow, the financial management of the executors of state ownership, such as state organizational units, state institutions, state enterprises and state funds. It describes the procedures for acquiring and managing the state's assets. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to get acquainted with certain concepts and to understand how the state executors must behave in the management of state property according to the legal order.
