Diplomová práce se věnuje nežádoucím událostem v prostředí intenzivní péče. V teoretické části se práce zabývá bezpečnou péčí, teorií pochybení, řízením kvality, rizik a nežádoucích událostí. Praktickou části je kvalitativní fenomenologický výzkum zabývající se nežádoucími událostmi v praxi sester v intenzivní péči. The Diploma Thesis is devoted to adverse events in intensive care. The theoretical part deals with safe care, theory of errors, quality, risk and adverse events management. The practical part involves qualitative phenomenological research into adverse events in the practice of nurses in intensive care.
