Shortness of breath in pre-hospital care

Abstract:

Dušnost je subjektivní pocit nedostatku vzduchu nebo je popisován také jako namáhavé dýchání. Vzniká tehdy, když dýchací systém nemůže pracovat v takovém rozsahu, jaký je potřeba pro pochody, probíhající v organismu. Dušnost je také příznak mnoha onemocnění, zejména u starších a polymorbidních nemocných je způsobena kombinací více chorob. Je také jednou z nejčastějších příčin aktivace krizové linky Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Byly stanoveny tyto výzkumné cíle: Vyhodnotit indikační skupinu dušnost v Moravskoslezském kraji za rok 2018 v závislosti na stanovené diagnóze, věku a pohlaví. Zhodnotit stávající metodický postup při primárním hodnocení dechových potíží, dušnosti ZOS. Vytvořit doporučený postup pro NLZP při indikacích dechové potíže, dušnost v posádkách RZP v ZZS MSK.

Abstract:

Shortness of breath is a subjective feeling of lack of air or it is also described as labored breathing. It occurs when the respiratory system cannot function to the extent necessary for the processes taking place in the body. Shortness of breath is also a symptom of many diseases, especially in elderly and polymorbid patients it is caused by a combination of several diseases. It is also one of the most common causes of activation of the emergency medical service crisis line. The following research goals were set: Evaluate the indicated group dyspnea in the Moravian-Silesian Region in 2018 in dependence of the stated diagnosis, age and sex. Evaluate the current methodological procedure in the primary assessment of respiratory problems, dyspnea ZOS. Create a recommended procedure for NLZP in indications of respiratory distress, dyspnea in RZP crews in ZZS MSK.
