Psychological pressure on tax administration officials

Abstract:

V teoretické části je vymezen pojem stres, psychická zátěž, stresové faktory, pracovní prostředí, motivace a Finanční správa. Dále jsou definovány zdroje stresu na pracovišti a jejich příčiny a externí stresové faktory ovlivňující pracovní výkon. Předmětem bakalářské práce je vymezení psychické zátěže pracovníků Finančního úřadu, neboť se jedná o téma, které je autorce práce blízké. V rámci zaměstnání na Finančním úřadu přijde do styku s podobnými situacemi a jeho řešení považuje za důležité a zajímavé. Obsahem, praktické části bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy míry psychické zátěže a spokojenosti zaměstnanců formou dotazníkového šetření na vybraném Finančním úřadu. Na základě zjištěných výsledků budou uvedeny doporučení a navrženy nástroje ke snížení psychické zátěže a stresu na pracovišti.

Abstract:

The theory part defines the meaning of the terms stress, psychological pressure, stress factors, work environment, motivation and Financial administration and how those influence each other in the boundaries of this thesis. In addition the theory part defines sources of stress at work, its causes and external factors impacting work performance. The purpose of this thesis is to bring attention to psychological pressure of employees working at Financial administration. It is important to note that the author of this study is employed at Financial administration herself and therefore gets involved daily in situations such as described in this thesis. The author believes dealing with those type of situations in different ways are important for a long term mental wellbeing of employees of the Financial administration. The research part of this bachelor thesis is an analysis regarding the amount of psychological pressure and employee satisfaction realized through a questionnaire surveyed at a selected Finance administration office. Based on the questionnaire findings recommendations on how to decrease psychological pressure and stress at workplace will be proposed.
