Abstract:

The present study will conduct an evaluation on theoretical knowledge related to the application of personnel marketing and HR practices within global corporations, special emphasis on the integration and efficacy of diversity management alongside personnel marketing. The theoretical segment will elucidate the concept of diversity management, exploring its scope and potential benefits. It will also introduce personnel marketing, examining its role in attracting and retaining a diverse workforce. In the empirical section is to examine the strategies and practices of personal marketing in the case international company in Kerala India. Besides, the study will also consider on the drivers that influence the personal marketing of international business. Additionally, suggestions and recommendations will be provided for the company to improve personal marketing to bolster company management and foster an inclusive, dynamic work.
