Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdílem v kvalitě života pacientů před a po katetrizační implantaci aortální chlopně. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretickou část jsem začala základní anatomií. Poté jsem popsala onemocnění srdečních chlopní, jejich diagnostiku a projevy. Seznámila jsem s možnostmi chlopenních náhrad. Abstract:
The aim of this Bc work is to analyze differences in quality of patient's life before and after transcatheter aortic valve implantation. The work is devided to theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part starts with basic anatomy. Then diagnosis and symptoms of valve diseases and types of their replacements are described and surgical versus transcatheter procedures are compared.
