Controlling of the transport process of ČD Cargo, stock corporation
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na přiřazení tržeb a nákladů v controllingu přepravního procesu ČD Cargo, a.s. Provází současným systémem controllingu a zabývá se návrhem způsobu přiřazování tržeb a nákladů z pohledu úrovně provozních pracovišť, a nastavení potřebných vazeb objektů controllingu na konkrétní činnost.
Abstract:
The paper is focused on assigning revenues and controlling costs in the transport process of ČD Cargo, stock corporation. It guides through the actual system of controlling and deals with a proposals of the method of assigning revenues and costs from the point of view of operational sites level and setting of needed linkages of controlling objects to a specific activity.
