Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na využití jedné konkrétní fitness mobilní aplikace v kinezioterapii, která byla použita pro vybrané respondenty. Fitness typ aplikace byl vybrán, protože jich je nepřeberné množství, tak aby bylo zjištěno, zda bude mít nějaký pozitivní vliv na antropometrické parametry, zdatnost, svalovou vytrvalost, funkční rozsah pohybu a posturální funkci. This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of a specific fitness mobile application in kinesiotherapy, which was used by selected respondents.
