Stress and its influence on the labour performance in the company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Stres a jeho vliv na pracovní výkon v podniku“ je identifikace zdrojů stresu na pracovišti a analýza jejich vlivu na pracovní výkon pracovníků na stavbě. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky z odborné literatury o stresu a nejčastěji se vyskytujících stresorech na pracovišti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výskyt těchto stresorů na konkrétním pracovišti. Cílem práce je identifikace zdrojů stresu a návrh na jejich eliminaci a odstranění.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis titled „Stress and its influence on the labour performance in the company“ is identification of sources of stress in the workplace and analysis of their impact on the labour performance of workers on site. The theoretical part summarizes findings from the special literature about stress and the most frequently occuring workplace stressors. The practical part focuses on the occurence of these stressors in a concrete workplace. The goal of the thesis is to identify sources of stress and to propose their elimination and removing.
