Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit inovační procesy ve společnosti Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. Úvodní teoretická část obsahuje základní poznatky, jednotlivé teorie a strategie z oblasti inovací, dále přiblížení vybraných metod, které se používají k měření inovační výkonnosti podniku. The main theme of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate innovative processes in the company of foundry and pattern shop Nové Ransko, Ltd. The theoretical part at the beginning contains basic knowledge, theory and strategy in the area of innovation.
