Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat současné poznání v oblasti třetí vlny kognitivně behaviorální psychoterapie (KBT) v souvislosti s párovou terapií. Práce je přehledem výsledků 29 studií, které byly zařazeny na základě systematického výběru, na základě boolean operátorů a klíčových slov použitých v databázích EBSCO a Scopus v období let 1998-2018. Analýza vybraných studií přináší odpovědi na otázky, jakou roli hrají jednotlivé směry třetí vlny KBT v párové terapii, co v dosavadním výzkumu chybí a kam se může ubírat další výzkum. Výsledkem diplomové práce je ucelené shrnutí dosavadních empirických výzkumů a nálezů v dané oblasti. Nejvíce validních studií bylo nalezeno v rámci přístupu Integrativní behaviorální párová terapie (Integrative behavioral couple therapy), u kterého byl popsán mechanismus změny a zásadní vliv této intervence na manželskou spokojenost, stabilitu ve vztahu a komunikaci. U ostatních směrů třetí vlny kognitivně behaviorální psychoterapie bylo nalezeno 0-3 validních článků. Výsledné shrnutí může být přínosem pro budoucí empiricky zacílené výzkumné studie, stejně tak i pro vývoj párové psychoterapie.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to map current knowledge in the field of third wave of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy(CBT) in conjunction with couple therapy. This thesis is an overview of the results of 29 studies that were selected based on systematic selection using Boolean operators and keywords in the EBSCO and Scopus databases in the period 1998-2018. Analysis of selected studies brings answers to the questions, what was the role of certain approaches of the third wave of CBT in pair therapy and what can be done in further research. The result of the diploma thesis is a comprehensive summary of existing empirical research and findings in the chosen area. Most valid studies have been identified within the approach of Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy. These studies described the mechanism of change and the fundamental influence of this intervention on marital satisfaction, stability in relationship and communication. At other approaches of the third wave of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, only 0-3 valid articles were found. Results of this diploma thesis could be beneficial for future empirical research studies as well as for development of couple psychotherapy.
