Rizikové faktory pro nezaměstnanost

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností, konkrétně identifikováním rizikových faktorů, které zvyšují náchylnost dané osoby k nezaměstnanosti. Byla aplikována logistická regrese na bankovních datech. Na vysvětlující proměnné byla aplikována weight of evidence transformace a poté byly vybrány ty nejvýznamnější. Byly i manuálně zařazeny očekávané rizikové faktory. Pro porovnání výkonnosti modelu byl zkonstruován i rozhodovací strom. Výsledky prokázaly, že nejvýznamnějším faktorem je mateřství a čistý příjem ze mzdy. Ostatní faktory jsou věk, vzdělání, rodinný stav a pohlaví.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns itself with unemployment, specifically identifying risk factors that predispose a person to become unemployed. It is done by creating a logistic regression model on bank data. Weight of evidence transformation was first applied to the predictor variables and only the most significant used in the model. Suspect factors were manually included. A decision tree model was also constructed for comparison. Findings reveal the most significant factors to be maternity and net income. Other factors include age, education, marital status and gender.
