V této práci naleznete základní informace o streinku. Dále informace o tom, jak se dá využít streinku v ledním hokeji k pedcházení svalových dysbalancí a ke zlepšení pohyblivosti.
Abstract:
In this thesis youll find a basic informations about stretching and how you can use the stretching in ice-hockey as a prevention of muscle dysbalances and how to increase flexibility.
