Positive and negative aspects of teaching proffesion

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pozitivy a negativy učitelské profese. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací, které jsou zaměřeny na problematiku profese pedagogů, na složitosti motivačních faktorů tohoto povolání, zdroje pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní zátěže učitelů. Praktická část je koncipována jako výzkumné šetření tematicky zaměřené na uspokojující a neuspokojující aspekty této profese mezi učiteli základních škol Moravskoslezského a Zlínského regionu. Stěžejním cílem práce je zjistit, jaká pozitiva a negativa percipují pedagogové ve své profesi.

Abstract:

The Bachelor?s thesis deals with the negative and positive aspects of teaching. The theoretical part is based on scholarly articles that concentrate on the teaching profession, the complexity of motivating factors in this occupation, causes of job satisfaction and teacher's workload. The practical part was carried out as a research survey that focuses on satisfactory and unsatisfactory aspects of this profession among primary school teachers in the Moravian-Silesian Region and Zlín Region. The main goal of this thesis was to determine which positive and negative aspects are perceived by teachers in their profession.
