Establishment of a Microbrewery in the Czech republic
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje výrobě piva v minipivovarech a to z hlediska právní problematiky zakládání minipivovaru, investičních výdajů , provozních nákladů a stanovení nákladové ceny v závislosti pořízeném technologickém zařízení. Cílem je vytvořit návod který by pomohl zájemcům orientovat se v této problematice s ohledem na různé velikosti varen a objemů výstavů.
Abstract:
This Diploma thesis is about brewing beer in small breweries from the legal point of view of starting a small brewery, investment expenses, operating costs and setting a price of costs depending on acquired technological equipment.
