Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému, kterým vybraná společnost řídí svoje zásoby. Zvolenou společností je Synthon, s.r.o. působící ve farmaceutickém průmyslu. Po představení společnosti jsou identifikovány její slabá místa v oblasti řízení zásob, na jejichž nápravu jsou předloženy návrhy pro odstranění těchto nedostatků. Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the system by which the selected company manages its stocks. The chosen company is Synthon, s.r.o. working in the pharmaceutical industry.
