Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Implementace konceptu společenské odpovědnosti v podniku a jeho finanční stránka“ je zhodnocení současné situace ve vybraném hotelovém zařízení, navržení konceptu a jeho začlenění do podnikových standardů. Cílem je zjistit možnosti a způsoby řešení konceptu CSR v hotelových podmínkách, zpracovat konkrétní plán zavedení a vyhodnotit jeho dopady na celkovou činnost hotelu, včetně finanční stránky. V první kapitole uvedeme normy a regulativa řešící tuto problematiku, v předinvestiční části zhodnotíme postavení hotelnictví na trhu, pokračovat budeme analýzou nynější situace hotelu a výsledky porovnáme s oborovými standardy. Dle metody KORP vyhodnotíme provedené kroky a v následující kapitole definujeme návrh plánu na jeho uplatnění v praxi. Zhodnotíme technickou proveditelnost a ekonomické ocenění projektu. Závěr diplomové práce bude patřit konkrétním krokům vedoucím k naplnění plánu včetně časového harmonogramu, ustanovení zodpovědných osob a systému kontrol. Práci zakončíme finančním plánem.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Corporate social responsibility of a company and its funding" is to analyse the current situation in the selected hotel's facilities, design concept and its integration into the corporate standards. The target is to investigate the possibilities and ways of addressing the concept of CSR in the hotel conditions, to handle the specific plan to implement and evaluate its impact on the overall activity of the hotel, including the financial aspects. In the first chapter we will describe standards and addressing this issue, in the pre-investment we will evaluate the situation of the hospitality market, we will continue by analysing current situation of the hotel and the results compared to the industry standards. Further steps taken are evaluated according to the KORP method; in the next chapter we will define the proposed plan on applying it in practice. We will evaluate the technical feasibility and economic valuation of the project. The conclusion of the thesis will include concrete steps leading to the fulfilment of the plan, including the timetable, the provisions of the responsible persons and control system. The thesis ends with a financial plan.
