Licenční řízení v působnosti Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu ČR

The activities of the Licensing Office in the department of industry and trade Czech republik.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Licenční správy, především vydáváním povolení k vývozu a dovozu zboží a služeb. Licenční řízení je zde popsáno podle aktivit jednotlivých oddělení. V závěru práce je shrnut význam povolování obchodu v této oblasti z národního i mezinárodního hlediska.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the activities of the Licensing Office, especially the process of granting licences to export and import goods and services. The licensing operation is described according to activities of each departments. The importance of trade regulation in this area on the national but also on the international level is summarized in the conclusion.
