Coating Endurance Relation and Surface Finishing Properties

Abstract:

V rámci bakalářské práce je řešen vztah pevnosti nátěrových filmů a vlastnosti povrchových úprav. Cílem této práce je stanovit vliv klimatických podmínek na pevnostní vlastnosti nátěrových filmů povrchových úprav používaných pro dokončování dřevěného nábytku určeného do exteriéru. Teoretická část práce analyzuje požadavky na povrchové úpravy dřevěného nábytku určeného do exteriéru. Dále analyzuje vlastnosti nátěrových filmů a vliv klimatických podmínek na pevnostní vlastnosti nátěrových filmů a kvalitu povrchových úprav. Praktická část stanovuje postup řešení bakalářské práce, kdy zkoušené nátěrové hmoty byly naneseny na polyesterovou folii a na dřevěný podklad. Následně byly vzorky vystaveny určeným klimatickým podmínkám a po uplynutí stanovené doby byly zjištěny pevnostní vlastnosti nátěrových filmů a fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti povrchových úprav. Experimentální měření probíhalo podle předepsaných norem a stanovených zkušebních metod pro testování povrchových úprav. Přínosem této práce je zjištění, jaký mají vliv dané klimatické podmínky na pevnostní vlastnosti nátěrových filmů a fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti povrchových úprav. Byl nalezen vztah mezi pevností nátěrového filmu a vlastnostmi povrchových úprav.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s work deals with coating endurance relation and surface finishing properties. The aim of the work is to determine climatic and weather influences relation to durability of wooden garden furniture surface finishing. The theoretical part analyses requirements on surface finishing of wooden garden furniture. It also dissects surface treatment characteristics as well as weather effects influences and the quality of finishing treatment. The practical part deals with solving procedure of examined coating formulas being applied on polyester and wooden base. They were sequentially exposé to particular climatic conditions and then after a certain period examined from the stronghold and physical-mechanical point of view. The experimental measurement proceeded in accordance with standards and experimental methods for surface treatment testing. The benefit of the investigation is learning about the relation of climatic changes and weather conditions to stronghold characteristics and physical-mechanical qualities of surface finishing. The relation between the coating characteristics and the surface treatment has been found.
