Common procedure of business company fondation with special interest in fondation of Limited Liability Company
Abstract:
Společnost s ručením omezeným je v ČR nejrozšířenější formou obchodní společnosti. Konkrétně se v práci zabývám založením společnosti s ručením omezeným společenskou smlouvou a z hlediska postavení společníka ve společnosti srovnávám výhody a nevýhody mezi jednotlivými společnostmi.
Abstract:
Limited Liability Company is the most widespread type of business company in Czech Republic. In my work I concretely interess myself in about fondation of Limited Liability Company by social contract and I compare benefits and disadvantages among different types of business companies from the position of one of compatitors.
