Educational process of patient with thorax drainage

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma hrudní drenáže, především na vytvoření edukačního procesu u pacienta s indikací hrudní drenáže. Edukační proces vychází z edukačních potřeb stanových dle ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-International taxonomie II, definice a klasifikace. Součástí bakalářské práce je vytvořené edukační video a edukační brožura, která by mohla být přínosná v oblasti edukace pacientů i v praxi. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole se zabývám úrazy hrudníku a příčinami založení hrudní drenáže. První kapitola slouží tedy jako úvod k zavedení hrudního drénu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje komplexně zpracovanou hrudní drenáž od indikace, až po ukončení léčby, včetně předoperační, perioperační a pooperační péče zaměřené specificky na indikaci zavedení hrudního drénu. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji dechovou rehabilitaci a její praktické využití již v průběhu léčby, s návazností pro domácí péči. V praktické části je vytvořen komplexní edukační proces zaměřený na konkrétního pacienta, kterému byl zaveden hrudní drén. V kapitole edukační proces u pacienta s hrudní drenáží popisuji teoretickou přípravu na edukační proces a v druhé části kapitoly se zabývám již konkrétním procesem, provedeným u pacienta.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of thorax drainage, primarily on the creation of an educational process for patients with thorax drainage indication. Educational process is based on educational needs established by nursing diagnoses NANDA-International taxonomy II. This bachelor thesis includes an educational video and an educational brochure, which could also be helpful in the field of education of patients in practice. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.The theoretical part consists of three chapters. Chapter one describes chest injuries and causes for introduction of thorax drainage. Chapter two complexly describes the entire thorax drainage process, from indication until the end of the treatment, including preoperative, perioperative and postoperative cares focused specifically on indication of introduction of the thorax drainage. Chapter three describes breathing rehabilitation and it's practical uses during the course of the treatment which continues during the home care. The practical part describes the entire complex educational process focused on a specific patient who underwent thorax drainage, The first part describes theoretical preparation for an educational process and the second part describes the specific process used on the patient.
