Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním v pracovním prostředí. Dále se zaměřuje na zásady tvorby motivačního programu v organizaci. The diploma thesis deals with motivation and the principles of remuneration in the work environment. It also discusses principles of motivational program creation in the organization.
