Abstract:
Části bakalářské práce jsou rozebrány podle určitého období, kde se vymezují otázky, které souvisí s danou dobou. Nejdůležitější je současná fáze, jelikož cestovní ruch se nejvíce rozvijí po roce 1989. Po tomto roce je cestovní právo vysvětleno podle odvětví práva, do kterého řešené otázky spadají. Parts of the bachelor's thesis are broken down according to a specific period where questions related to the time are defined.
