Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřená na stanovení nutričního rizika u chirurgických pacientů s národy GIT. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the determination of nutritional risk at surgical patients with gastrointestinal malignacy. It deals with the general characteristics of gastrointestinal tumors, the effects of malnutrition during the preoperative period, preoperative fasting and nutritional risk assessment.
