Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje ocenění společnosti Český národní podnik s.r.o. k datu 31.12.2016. Práce je rozdělena do šesti částí. První je věnována popisu společnosti. Ve druhé a třetí části je finanční a strategická analýza. Dále následuje analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnot a finanční plán. Nakonec je podnik oceněn výnosovou metodou DCF equity a metodou tržního porovnání.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with valuation of company Český národní podnik s.r.o. to the date of December 31, 2016. Thesis is split into six parts. In the first part there is introduction and description of valued company. In second and third part there is financial a strategic analysis.
