Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá adrenoleukodystrofií, při nichž probíhá porucha peroxizomální -oxidace a dochází k akumulaci mastných kyselin s velmi dlouhým řetězcem ve tkáních a tělních tekutinách. Práce se zabývá vlivem nutričních mastných kyselin na její progresi. V úvodní části je práce zaměřená na mastné a esenciální kyseliny. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with adrenoleukodystrophy, in which peroxisomal -oxidation is disrupted and very long-chain fatty acids accumulate in tissues and body fluids. The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of nutritional fatty acids on its progression. In the introductory part, the work is focused on fatty and essential acids.
