Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji advokacie v českých zemích, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována období let 1848-1938. Práce je zaměřena především na vývoj právní úpravy organizace advokacie, podrobně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé advokátní řády, advokátní tarify a další předpisy, vztahující se k výkonu advokacie a advokacii samotné. The diploma thesis focuses on the subject of the development of advocacy in Czech lands and puts in its centre of interest the period between years 1848 and 1938.
