Abstract:
The goal of my thesis is to present the Czech Insurer´s Bureau as an important institution that associates all local insurers dealing in motor third party liability on the Czech insurance market. Historical review describes beginnings of the motor development including the first motor insurance. The work reminds of two crucial acts in motor insurance, i. e. Act. No. 56/1950 Coll. and Act.
