Abstract:

Práce Občanská koalice Nádraží v centru – případová studie sociálně politického aktéra na komunální úrovni pojednává o ohraničeném sociálně politickém jevu (Koalice). Základem činnosti Koalice byla snaha vyvolat referendum o poloze hlavního osobního vlakového nádraží. Aby aktivisté svého cíle dosáhli, připoutali pozornost veřejnosti a zajistili si její podporu, rozvinuli protestní politiku. Případová studie je zpracována prostřednictvím rozdílných metodologií a na základě dat sebraných autorem několika různými způsoby. Při sběru dat a jejich analýze byly využity výkladové rámce a analytické nástroje teorií sociálních hnutí. v I. části autor čtenáře seznamuje s uvedenými teoriemi i metodologií. II. část případové studie detailně rozebírá a analyzuje sebraná data. V úvodu je čtenář stručně seznámen s vývojem protestní politiky. Dále autor v textu sleduje, do jaké míry se teoretické koncepty odráží v praktické činnosti Koalice. III. část nabízí analýzu a shrnutí rysů, v nichž byla Koalice zkoumána. Vedle toho autor nabízí analýzu volebního výsledku ve volbách do zastupitelstva Jihomoravského kraje v roce 2004, v menší míře je zmíněna analýza výsledků do zastupitelstva Statutárního města Brna v roce 2006. Následuje analýza zapojení Strany Zelených do činnosti Koalice. III. část a celou práci uzavírá diskuse, ve které se autor zamýšlí nad vhodností užití teoretických konceptů zmíněných v I části.

Abstract:

„The Station in the Centre“ Civil Coalition – case study of social-political group on municipl level concerns on strictly bordered social-political phenomenom (below stated as the Coalition). The Coalition's basic goal was to initiate a plebiscite about situation of the main railway station in Brno. To reach this goal activists from the Coalition decided to use public opinion and attention to gain its support and also to use politics of protest. There are different methodological accesses used in this case study and the author used few different styles to elaborate it with basics in data collected by the author himself. There were used explanatory frames and analytical tools of social movements theories during the collection and analysis of the data. The first part is focused on introduction of these theories and methodologies. The second part of the case study is focused on analysis of collected data. The reader is introduced to the history of Coalition's politics of protest. Then the author follows the implication of theoretical concepts to the practical life of the Coalition. The third part offers analysis and summary of characteristics accroding to which the Coalition was researched. The author also offers analysis on the election result in the elections to the vestry of the South Moravian Region in 2004, in minor there is also mentioned the analysis of the election results in the election to the vestry of the statutory town Brno in 2006. Then follows the analysis of „Strana Zelenych“ involvement to the Coalition. The third part (and the whole work) is closed by the discussion in which the author aims on proprietary use of theoretical concepts mentioned in the first part of this case study.
