Bakalářská práce se zabývá migrací rumunských obyvatel a jejich uplatněním na trhu práce v České republice. V práci jsou uvedeny zkušenosti informantů s pracovními agenturami a jejich vztahy k těmto agenturám. Nejdříve se práce zabývá migrací a termíny s ní souvisejícími.
