V diplomové práci „Zavinění a omyl pachatele ve světle trestního zákoníku ČR - 2009“ jsem analyzoval pojmy zavinění a omyl pachatele s přihlédnutím k jejich historickým souvislostem pocházejícím z úprav předcházejících zákonu 40/2009 Sb. a pokusil jsem se poukázat na změny, které účinnost tohoto zákona přinesla. In my thesis „Culpability and Error of the Offender in the Light of the Criminal Code CR - 2009“ I have analysed the areas of culpability and error of the offender with regard to their historical context that arose from prior codes and I have outlined the most important changes brought by the Criminal Code 2009.
