Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na odpisovou politiku dlouhodobého majetku ve vybrané společnosti ZOD 11. KVĚTEN a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsány informace, které se týkají dlouhodobého majetku, jeho pořízení, odepisování a vyřazení. Na základě řízeného rozhovoru se práce v aplikační části zaměřuje na metody odepisování dlouhodobého majetku, způsoby stanovení pořizovací ceny a způsoby vyřazení dlouhodobého majetku. V rámci analýzy dokumentů práce zkoumá odpisovou politiku vybraného dlouhodobého majetku společnosti. Dále je analýza zaměřena na účetní a daňové odpisy rovnoměrné a jejich vliv na výsledek hospodaření. Na základě získaných dokumentů je zjištěn podíl dlouhodobého hmotného majetku na celkovém dlouhodobém majetku za období 2015-2019. Pomocí metody komparace odpisů se bakalářská práce zaměřuje u 2. odpisové skupiny na daňové odpisy zrychlené a rovnoměrné, které porovnává a vyhodnocuje jejich vliv na výsledek hospodaření. V závěru je porovnán majetek v 5. odpisové skupině, kde dochází k rozdílu odepisování novodobého a historicky starého majetku. V rámci diskuse a zjištěných informací je podán návrh na zlepšení odpisové politiky ve vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the depreciation policy of fixed assets in a selected company ZOD 11. KVĚTEN a.s. The theoretical part describes the information concerning fixed assets, their acquisition, depreciation and disposal. Based on a controlled interview, the work in the application part focuses on the methods of depreciation of fixed assets, methods of determining the acquisition price and methods of disposal of fixed assets. As part of the analysis of documents, the thesis examines the depreciation policy of selected fixed assets of the company. Furthermore, the analysis focuses on accounting and tax depreciation evenly and their impact on the economic result. Based on the obtained documents, the share of tangible fixed assets in the total fixed assets for the period 2015-2019 is determined. Using the method of comparison of depreciation, the bachelor's thesis focuses on the 2nd depreciation group on accelerated and straight-line tax depreciation, which compares and evaluates their impact on the economic result. In the end, the assets in the 5th depreciation group are compared, where there is a difference between the depreciation of historically old assets and modern ones. As part of the discussion and the information obtained, a proposal is made to improve the depreciation policy in the selected company.
