Disposes of a business establishment
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem dispozice se závodem. V prvních kapitolách se budu věnovat vymezení základních pojmů, poté přejdu k samotným dispozicím. Cílem mé práce je vymezit hlavní možné dispozice s obchodním závodem, jimiž jsou například koupě, pacht směna, dědictví nebo darování závodu a určit, v čem se liší současná česká právní úprava, v návaznosti na rekodifikace soukromého práva.

This Master's thesis deals with the topic of an enterprise disposal. The first chapters deal with the definition of basic terms, followed by that of the actual disposals. The aim of the paper is to define the main possible disposals, of a business enterprise, such as a purchase, tenure, exchange, inheritance or donation of the enterprise and to determine how to current Czech legislation differs in …more
