Tématem diplomové práce jsou způsoby implementace rozhodnutí Evropského soudu pro lidská práva v zemích post-sovětského areálu. Tyto způsoby jsou zkoumány pomocí komparativní metody na vzorku tří vybraných evropských zemí, které byly v minulosti součástí Sovětského svazu. This thesis deals with the ways of execution of judgements of European Court of Human Rights in the countries of post-Soviet region. These ways are examined by using comparative method on the sample of three chosen european countries, that were once part of Soviet Union.
