Determination of antigen D (RhD) in clients of FN Brno
Abstract:
Antigen D je nejvýznamnějším antigenem z antigenů Rh systému. Je vysoce imunogenní, je tedy velice důležité detekovat jeho přítomnost či nepřítomnost na erytrocytech. Vyšetření D antigenu je součástí vyšetření krevní skupiny. Rutinně se antigen D vyšetřuje sérologickými metodami, u variantního D antigenu je vhodné upřesnit jeho typ molekulárně biologickou metodou.
Abstract:
The D Antigen is the most significant antigen of the antigens of the Rh system.It is highly immunogenic, is therefore very important to detect its presence or absence on the erythrocytes. Examination of the D antigen is part of the examination of blood groups.
