Tato práce se zabývá expresí genu VEGF u lidí s Parkinsonovou chorobou a následným srovnáním s kontrolní skupinou probandů. Teoretická část uvádí do děje a všeobecných informací a poznatků ohledně Parkinsonovy choroby a problematiky při jeho diagnostice, včetně použité metodiky při následné analýze (izolace RNA, použití RT-PCR). This thesis examines the expression of the VEGF gene in people with Parkinson's disease and subsequently compares it with a control group of subjects. The theoretical part introduces the background and general information and findings regarding Parkinson's disease and issues related to its diagnosis, including the methodology used in subsequent analysis (RNA isolation, use of RT-PCR).
