Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o právním režimu pitné vody. V první části se tato práce zaměřuje na ochranu vod, zejména pak na hygienické aspekty pitné vody. Druhá část práce je věnována vztahům vznikajícím v průběhu zásobování pitnou vodou. The thesis deals with legal regulation of potable water. The first part of the thesis is focused on the protection of water, especially on the sanitary aspects. The second part is concerned with relations emerging during the process of supplying the water, which include the supplying by public water pipeline, by water well and through bottled water.
