Powers of the President according to the constitutional system of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat postavení a pravomoci prezidenta republiky podle ústavního zákona č. 1/1993 Sb., Ústavy České republiky, dalších ústavních zákonů a navazujících právních předpisů. Součástí práce bude analýza judikatury soudů (zejména Ústavního soudu a Nejvyššího správní soudu) týkající se pravomocí prezidenta republiky od roku 1993 do současnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the position and powers of the President of the Republic according to Constitutional Act No. 1/1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, other constitutional laws and subsequent legal regulations.
