Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce na téma „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je zhodnotit strategii podniku, provést stakeholderskou analýzu a zhodnotit její přínos pro stávající strategii. Teoretická část práce je věnována literární rešerši, kde jsou vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy, použité metody a také souvislosti mezi strategickým řízením, stakeholderským modelem podniku a stakeholderskou analýzou. Praktická část zahrnuje nejprve představení zkoumaného podniku, po kterém následuje provedení strategické a stakeholderské analýzy. Na základě získaných výsledků je na závěr zhodnoceno, zda provedená stakeholderská analýza byla pro vybraný podnik přínosná.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis entitled „Stakeholder analysis of a company“ is to evaluate strategy of a company, execute stakeholder analysis and evaluate its contribution to the current strategy. The theoretical part is dedicated to the literature review where the most important keywords are defined as well as used methods and links between strategic management, stakeholder model of a company and stakeholder analysis. The practical part includes detailed description of the company chosen followed by the execution of both the strategic and stakeholder analysis. In the end based on the results gained it is evaluated whether the executed stakeholder analysis was beneficial for the company.
