Construction of the laboratory of building structures

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat ideový návrh hmotového a dispozičního řešení výstavby pavilonu laboratoří technických disciplín Vysoké školy technické a ekonomické v Českých Budějovicích v prostorách stávajícího areálu školy. Součástí návrhu je studie dispozičního řešení objektu s variantním návrhem staticko-konstrukčního uspořádání nosných stropních konstrukcí včetně začlenění stavby do předmětného území. Konstrukční systém stavby a jednotlivé použité prvky jsou v práci popsány včetně dilatačního členění objektu. Součástí návrhu je popis vhodných typů stropních konstrukcí a výčtu jejich výhod a nevýhod. Dále je práce zaměřena na ploché střešní konstrukce a zvolené typy skladeb se zřetelem na zelené střechy. Ideový návrh řešení předpokládá nepodsklepenou stavbu se třemi nadzemními podlažími, která je situována mezi dvě stávající budovy školy a je na ně provozně napojena. Objekty jsou odděleny dilatačními spárami a tvoří tak staticky i konstrukčně samostatné dilatační celky. V prvním podlaží budovy jsou situovány laboratoře, posilovna a hygienické zařízení. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou umístěny převážně učebny a hygienická zařízení. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří monolitický železobetonový skeletový systém, který je založen na železobetonové desce a patkách. Budova je zastřešena plochou střechou s využitím několika typů skladeb jako alternativní řešení. Výkresová část byla provedena ve studentské verzi AutoCad 2015.

Abstract:

The Subject of this bachelor’s dissertation is the study, procedures and proposal of mass and dispositional solution of constructive labs in the present school area of VŠTE School České Budějovice. Part of this study is disposal solution of the building with variable proposal static-structural organization of floors constructions including integration in the terrain. A part of the study is the description of suitable types of floors constructions and their advantages and disadvantages. And for the last I targeted the flat roof structure and used types of composures. The ideological proposal expects basement-less building with three overland etages, situated and attached to two current school buildings and with operating connections. The objects are, separated with dilatation’s joints and create static and structural separate units. The building includes in the first etage labs, school fitness centre and sanitary. The schoolrooms and sanitaries are placed mostly in second and third etage. The supporting structure is constituted by monolithic skeletal system found on the steel concrete desk and pedestals. The building is roofed-over with flat roof and use of few types of composures. The drawing part was performed in the student vision of AutoCad 2015.
