Subjects of critical infrastructure

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kritické infrastruktury a jejími prvky. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy a oblasti kritické infrastruktury, přehled o vývoji kritické infrastruktury, současné legislativě vztahující se ke kritické infrastruktuře a povinností, jež musí subjekt kritické infrastruktury splňovat dle legislativy. Dále je zde popsána ochrana kritické infrastruktury a bezpečnostní systém České republiky. Praktická část popisuje a analyzuje skutečnost, jakým způsobem problematiku, uvedenou v teoretické části, řeší společnost Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s. které jsou subjektem kritické infrastruktury.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of critical infrastructure and its elements. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts and areas of critical infrastructure are characterized, an overview of the development of critical infrastructure, current legislation related to critical infrastructure and the obligations that the subject of critical infrastructure must fulfill according to the legislation. The protection of critical infrastructure and the security system of the Czech Republic are also described here. The practical part describes and analyzes the fact of how the problem presented in the theoretical part is solved by the company Brněnské vodarny a kanalizace, a.s. which are the subject of critical infrastructure.
