Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá strategickým plánovaním spoločnosti MPA. Teoretická časť vychádza zo základných poznatkov o strategickom riadení a analýzach vonkajšieho a vnútorného okolia spoločnosti. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the strategic planning of the MPA company. The theoreti-cal part is based on research o knowledge of the strategic management and analysis of the external and internal environment o the company.
