Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními aspekty práce na Internetu. Snaží se přiblížit problematiku zákonů úzce souvisejících s bezpečností a publikováním na Internetu, tj. Autorského zákona, Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů a Zákona o elektronickém podpisu. Dále upozorňuje na porušování zákonů uživateli.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with law aspects of the work on Internet. It tries to zoom the questions of laws closely related to security and publishing on Internet, it is Copyright Law, Personal Data Protection Act, Electronic Signature Act. Next, the thesis draws attention on user?s lawbreaking.
