Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo posoudit vzájemnou koordinaci a variabilitu segmentů kolenního a kyčelního kloubu při chůzi u daných jedinců. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 30 mužů (věk 24,6 ? 1,8, průměrná hmotnost 76,4 ? 3,3 kg a průměrná výška 179,9 ? 5,2 cm) bez obtíží pohybového aparátu. Metodou optoelektronickou stereofotgrammetrií jsme provedli kinematickou analýzu a metodou spojité relativní fáze jsme posoudili vzájemnou koordinaci sledovaných segmentů. Úhel koordinace segmentů stehno ? bérec, pánev ? stehno, byly kategorizovány do jednoho ze 4 koordinačních vzorů. Získané výsledky mohou pomoci k odhalení patologií chůze.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to assess the mutual coordination and variability of segments of the knee and the hip joint during walking regarding healthy individuals. The targeted group for this research were 30 men (age 24, 6 ? 1, 8, the average weight 76, 4 ? 3, 3 kg and the average height 179, 9 ? 5, 2 cm) without difficulties with musculoskeletal system. The kinematic analysis was conducted by using the optoelectronic stereofotogrammetry method and the mutual coordination of monitored segments was assessed by using the continuous relative phase. The angle of coordination of the segments-thigh - lower leg, pelvis - thigh were categorized into one of four coordinating patterns. The result of this study may help to detect pathologic gait patterns.
