Using micro-sources in electricity system recovery after a Black-out failure

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využívání mikrozdrojů při obnově elektrizační soustavy. V první části práce je stručně popsána část dispečerského řízení důležitého pro druhou část práce. Dále je zde popsána obrana soustavy, včetně popisu stavů soustavy, jejich legislativního zapojení a z toho vyplývající práva a povinnosti. V další části jsou popsány známé příklady black-outů ze světa a jejich rozdílné příčiny i způsoby řešení. Dále je popsána charakteristika mikrozdrojů a požadavky na ně, aby bylo možné je použít při obnově soustavy. S tím se pojí technické problémy, které jsou zde také popsány. V druhé části je navržen dispečerský postup pro připojení těchto zdrojů a vyzkoušení tohoto postupu na modelu soustavy. V závěru je zhodnocen postup a jeho reálné využití v praxi, jak dnešní, tak budoucí.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the use of micro-resources in the restoration of the electricity system. In the first part of the work, a part of the dispatch control important for the second part of the work is briefly described. Furthermore, the defense of the system is described here, including a description of the states of the system, their legislative involvement and the resulting rights and obligations. In the next part, well-known examples of black-outs from around the world and their different causes and solutions are described. Next, the characteristics of micro-resources and the requirements for them are described in order to be able to use them during the restoration of the system. There are technical problems associated with this, which are also described here. In the second part, a dispatching procedure for connecting these sources and testing this procedure on a system model is proposed. In the end, the procedure and its real use in practice, both today and in the future, are evaluated.
