Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo otestovat rylovací a perforovací stroj GPM 450 SA od firmy Cyklos a doporučit případné úpravy tohoto stroje. Testování bylo rozděleno na dvě hlavní části. První část byla věnována testování přesnosti krokového motoru při rýhování a při perforaci v závislosti na použitém papíru, kartonu a lepence. K rýhování a perforaci byly použity papíry nenatírané (ofsetový tiskový papír Serixo) a natírané v lesklém a matném provedení (Novatech). Ve druhé části byla hodnocena kvalita rýhování a perforace v závislosti na typu rýhovacího či perforovacího nástroje a dále také v závislosti na typu povrchové úpravy a plošné hmotnosti papíru.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to test the creasing and perforating machine GPM 450 SA made by Cyklos company and recommend the potential modifications to the machine. Testing was divided into two parts. The first part was devoted to testing the precision of the stepper motor by creasing and perforating depending on the type of the used paper and cardboard. To test the creasing and perforation were used uncoated (offset printing paper Serixo) and coated papers (matt and gloss, Novatech). The second part was focus on the quality of creasing and perforating depending on the type of used creasing or perforating tools and also on the type of surface modifications and the paperweight.
