Obsahom bakalárskej práce je priblížiť hypotekárne záložné listy a ich výhody pre investorov. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme vymedzením pojmu hypotekárne záložne listy a systémom krytia. V druhej kapitole uvádzame výhody a porovnanie investovania finančných prostriedkov.
